Sales/Operations Manager – Spain- Full Time

As our Sales/Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our Spanish retail foreign exchange business, providing exceptional customer service while leading sales and ensuring smooth daily operations across all branches

You will be responsible for:

- Sales Leadership

- Operational Oversight

- Team Development & Culture

Additional Information:

Your role will be central to the success of both sales and daily operations. Responsibilities include:

🔹 Sales Leadership

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Lead, motivate, and coach Managers and Sales Staff.

Drive customer engagement and conversion through proactive and consultative selling.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

🔹 Operational Oversight

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all branches.

Conduct internal audits and spot checks to maintain high standards and compliance.

Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures.

Manage inventory of currency, cheques, and ancillary products.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and customers.

Lead by example and foster a high-morale, customer-focused team.

Deliver ongoing training to upskill staff and ensure service excellence.

Promote a professional, friendly, and proactive workplace culture.

Additional Information:  

· You must have the ability to work under pressure

· Hours - 40 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 8:00 am to 11 pm.

· You must be eligible to work full time in Spain and live in Madrid

Contract: Indefinite 

Languages: Professional English & Spanish (Mandatory)

Shifts: Full time 

Start Date: Immediately 

Compensation: Starting at 25,000 € A/G + Extra Bonus
